our "living" nativity

Its a yearly tradition at the Ruth house. A living Nativity. Each year the youngest is baby Jesus and the oldest girls go back and forth about who is Mary, Joseph, the shepherds and angel. My mom and sister always have a variety of clothes for them to choose from and it is so precious. It is also slightly hilarious because they have always been so young need lots of adult prompting and singing. My mom also learned Away in the Manger on the piano this year just for this occasion. After the "play" was over the kids were feeling really into retelling bible stories and had my brother be Jesus dying on the cross. Seriously love these kids!
